AIPG Student Chapter of the Year Annual Reports - Due March 30th
Each AIPG Student Chapter is required to submit an annual report to the AIPG National Headquarters using this submittal form which can be submitted online or emailed to aipg@aipg.org. The submittal date is March 30th.
All Student Chapters that submit their annual reports by March 30th are automatically eligible to be considered for the AIPG Student Chapter of the Year Award. The award is to recognize the outstanding Student Chapter for their participation in, and contribution to, the Institute.
Consideration for the AIPG Student Chapter of the Year Award will be based on the annual report (submittal form) and any optional supporting materials. PowerPoint presentations and photos documenting chapter activities are strongly encouraged (aipg@aipg.org). The annual report should cover the period from the beginning of the Fall Semester to the end of the Spring Semester.
The AIPG Student Chapter of the Year Award is administered by the Executive Committee of AIPG. The AIPG Education Committee selects the winning Student Chapter. The award will consist of a plaque to be presented to the Student Chapter, a certificate for each Student Chapter officer who was in office at the time of the annual report submittal, and a $500 award for the Student Chapter.
All AIPG student chapters that submit the annual report by March 30 are eligible to be considered for the award. There is no limit on the number of times a Student Chapter may win the award. Only one Student Chapter will receive the award per year.
The winning Student Chapter will be announced at the beginning of the Fall Semester. The certificates will be presented to the students at one of their Student Chapter meetings. If the Student Chapter designates a delegate who attends the AIPG annual meeting, the award and plaque will be presented to the chapter delegate at the awards ceremony.
