Seeking Nominees for AIPG National Executive Committee

AIPG members and esteemed colleagues

The national AIPG nominating committee is seeking nominees for our national executive committee. The slate of officers will be voted on by membership in 2025 and the officers will serve starting in January 2026.

We are seeking nominees to fill the following offices starting in 2026:

• President-elect (3-year term)
• Vice President (1-year term)
• Secretary (2-year term)
• Editor (2-year term)
• Early Career Professional (1-year term)

All officers, except for the Editor and Early Career Professional, must be Certified Professional Geologists. Nominees from the Florida, Michigan, and Tennessee sections are not eligible to run for 2026 terms because there are other officers in multi-year terms from those sections.

Members are welcomed and encouraged to self-nominate. 
Nominations close January 4, 2025.

Nominees selected for the slate of officers will be required to submit a biography and statement for publication in The Professional Geologist by February 1, 2025.
