2014 AIPG and AHS National Conference Sponsorship and Exhibitor Benefits
The American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) and the Arizona Hydrological Society (AHS) National Conference Planning committee invites you to support the National Conference by selecting one or more of the following sponsorship and exhibitor options. Exhibit space is assigned by level or sponsorship or exhibitor level and donation date. Committing to an option early will ensure that your organization will be recognized in the National Conference Program.  In addition all sponsors and exhibitors will be listed on the AIPG and AHS National Conference webpages with a link to their company’s website. Your attendance of the AIPG and AHS National Conference helps support the annual operating costs of both groups, scholarship opportunities, awareness of leading and emerging topics in the fields of geology and hydrology, and provides networking and growth opportunities with the current and the next generation of emerging geoscientists.

Premium Exhibitors, Regular Exhibitor, and Outdoor Exhibitors ($1,000, $800, and $450 respectively (See floor plan):
Twenty (20) premium-exhibitor, ten (10) regular-exhibitor, and four (4) outdoor-exhibitor spaces are available. Premium exhibitor space is located immediately outside the Plenary Session and min Technical session rooms and co-located with the break areas. Regular exhibitor space is located in the hallway adjacent to the continental breakfast area and extended meeting space. Outdoor exhibitor space is located in the parking lot to the east of the main conference rooms.
Exhibitor fee includes the following:

- Set-up Sunday, September 14, 2014, 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm
- Sunday, September 14, 2014, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm (Reception)
- Monday, September 15, 2014, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, September 16, 2014, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Tear down Tuesday, September 16, 2014, 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Space Assignments and Deadlines
Exhibit contracts and final payment of exhibit fees are due within 30 days of submittal and no later than two weeks prior to the event. All spaces and space location requests will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until filled.  Please note that AIPG nor AHS is responsible for any lost or stolen items as we cannot guarantee security.

Vendors shipping to the Resort must label boxes with the recipient’s name, group affiliation, and event date.  Due to storage constraints, exhibitors cannot receive material prior to three days before arrival.  Shipments received before that day are subject to a $25.00 per day storage fee.  Exhibitors are allowed to send a maximum of five boxes; each additional box is subject to handling costs. 

Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing to AIPG at 12000 N. Washington Street, Suite 285, Thornton, CO 80241. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule and will be based upon either the postmark date of the letter, or the date your written cancellation is received by fax (303) 253-9220 or email to cld@aipg.org at AIPG. Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2014 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 1, 2014 will not receive a refund.

Event Sponsors ($1,000, $500, and $250 Levels)
$1,000 level: Sunday evening reception, or the Monday AIPG or AHS Dinners. No AIPG and AHS National Conference registrations are included.

$500 contributors may sponsor Monday or Tuesday lunch, or a field trip, or one specific workshop. No AIPG and AHS National Conference registrations are included.

$250 contributors may sponsor a specific continental breakfast on Monday or Tuesday, or a specific AM or PM break on Monday or Tuesday. No AIPG and AHS National Conference registrations are included.
